About Us
My dream of opening a bicycle repair shop all started on Women's day in 2017.
I listened to an insert of radio where a lady trained people to fix bikes to make extra money. She stared in a container.
I then wondered why could I not start something similar on my own. Doing stage races and wonder what if I get issues with my bike, I immediately started to look for place to get some training.
I came accross BEN Bikes (Bicycling Empowerment Network) who gives training for almost anything bike related. I went for the training and started my workshop from home and did it part-time.
8 Years later I was able to open a shop here in Velddrif, Pelican Harbour - Fix My Ride Bike Repair Shop.
I am living my dream!
